This is my PRESENT portfolio of High Street, Technology and Miscelaneous holdings.
There are failures
here, and I take no account of the several Technology shares which were wiped
together with my holdings in the great
Technology rout at the century's change. But ARM alone regained the lot!
Some below are losing money -
is this an opportunity, since they have not gone bust, to increase holdings so that when they are back at where I bought them
I am already in profit? This is an alluring strategy. But what if they do go bust? Are we out of it yet. Will there be another
dip? I am looking to get some cash ready. I have to offloaded some ARM... say 50% and moved half of that into Centrica and
the other half in to Centamin Egypt (Gold mining). I am increasingly attracted to gold mines which have a clear chance of
increasing productivity. Centamin is one, Avocet is another. Am beginnint to buy in.
